PRESENT WITH NO NAME

I received a gift at the wedding with butterfly wrapping paper. It was a photo album and a picture frame inside. I have no idea who it's from! There was no name with the present that I could see. If it's from you or from someone you know, please let me know! I want to send them a Thank you card! :)

BACK TO REALITY

Well, we are now a married couple! All the wedding planning is over and done with and now, the honeymoon is over. Kinda sad. But of course, I am still happy as can be! Kelly and I are back at work and back doing what we did before the wedding. Things are a little different though. :) In a good way! Being in Paris was one of the best experiences for Kell and I both to share together. I'm sure we'll have to go back one day. Maybe for our 10 year anniversary! ;) I suppose now, we'll start planning out our future together. I'm sure everyone's next big question is, "So....when are ya'll going to start having kids"? Well, I can't exactly say for sure, but I'll leave you with one word. Soon. And that's all you get!!! ;)

MARRIAGE LICENSE

I GOT MY MARRIAGE LICENSE BACK!! It's time to start getting my name changed officially. I've got to make a special trip to get my social and driver's license changed! Now, I am officially Mrs. TJ Wade! Can you believe it? It finally happened. I'm headed to the long lines on Friday morning to get it done.

WEDDING PICS COMING SOON

Well, we haven't met back with our photographer yet to get our pictures. We've been really busy and we're trying to find some time for both of us to go down and pick out pics for our wedding album. Our appointment is set up for July 10th so I should be posting them soon after that.

OUR HONEYMOON IN PARIS, FRANCE

Well, we had the most amazing time in Paris. We have a ton of pictures to share with you. All the Paris you can handle! We are very excited to show everyone. I will hopefully have a couple of videos that we made for you to see soon. It's taking me a while to get everything together, but I'll get it soon enough! Enjoy!!

I'm sure you're wondering what we did the whole time? Well, we did A LOT of walking!! That was what we did most of our trip. We enjoyed just walking around and seeing the sights. We got lost a few times, but hey, it didn't matter! We were in Paris! :) We did lots and lots of window shopping. Everything was very expensive so we mostly looked. We did give in and got a few little things though. ;)

The food was amazing. When we decided we were hungry, we would walk around until we found a good looking place and stop and eat. They had restaurants and cafes everywhere! As you can see, we ate a lot of Escargot! It was fabulous! We were a little worried when they brought them out to us still inside the shell. We were used to them already being out of the shell so we had fun trying to get them out! Lots of meat and fries, yes fries. The French really do eat French fries! We had a little sea food as well. It was wonderful! We had some of the best homemade sandwiches for lunch. Kelly had a French hot dog and we also had the most delicious chicken Panini's. Just about everywhere we went, we had a glass of wine. The wine was wonderful! I also had a Late and it was really good!

We spent almost a whole day at the Louvre looking at all the famous art work. This is one of the biggest museums in the world, if not the biggest. You will see some pictures and I also have video footage to let you see just how huge it really is! The Mona Lisa is in this museum as well as the Venus de Milo. Sorry if I don't know what some of the pictures that I took were! Everything in the Louvre was in French, so at times, we didn't really know what we were looking at because nothing was in English inside the Louvre. Watch out for scammers if you ever visit the Louvre. There are people everywhere outside the Louvre trying to trick you and get money. Yeah, we fell for it the first time, but knew better when it happened again!

We went on a boat tour down the Seine River. This river runs straight through all the main sights from the Eiffel tower to the Notre Dame! We have video footage and pictures from this tour.

We went on a bus tour at night to see "the city of lights" at night! Beautiful! The Eiffel tower at night is the most beautiful sight in Paris! It twinkles with thousands of what looks like Christmas lights.

The weather was very nice! It was high 60's to low 70's the whole time we were there. It rained almost everyday. It wasn't a miserable rain though. It was a light rain on and off all day. Good thing I was prepared and packed small umbrellas that we could carry with us. It was pretty cloudy and dark the whole time. The sun came out a few times, but not very much. Kelly and I like that type of weather though so we enjoyed it!

Seeing all the different cultures and experiencing a whole different world together was a wonderful experience and we hope that we can do it again one day!! I think we saw as much as we could see in five days without rushing too much. We did explore a lot, but we did also relax as well. :) Hey, it was our honeymoon!!

DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING

All the girls who were in town the day before the wedding went to Gala Nails to relax and get pampered before the big day. There were more people who came that I didn't get a picture of....sorry to those people! Don't mean to leave you out, I promise! :) (View the rest of these on our album).

3 MORE DAYS!!!

AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! Well, I felt a little stress starting yesterday. People started calling me asking me last minute questions while I was working. Got a little bit crazy during the afternoon. Ran into a few kinks, but I think everything is ok now. Haha! I'm sure there will be a few more bumps in the road, but that's ok. I think I can handle it. Even if something does go wrong, the wedding will go on and we'll be happy no matter what! :)

Yesterday after work, I stopped by the Mansion to check on things. They have already started getting it ready! I got to see the tables and chairs and even got to peek at my flowers!!! SO BEAUTIFUL!!! It just got me even more excited! The colors are going to be so bright and pretty! Well, 3 more days and I'm Mrs. Wade! Right now, we're just running around doing last minute stuff. Everything has gone so smoothly. It's very strange. Haha!

Kelly and I are going to start packing our bags for Paris tonight! Can't believe it! I think we're both a little nervous about the flight, especially after hearing about the Air France flight that went down, but I'm sure things will be fine!! Be thinking of us!

Well, I'm just so excited to get to see everyone and for our families to meet one another! It's going to be so neat!

5 DAYS AND COUNTING!!!!

I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!! WE'RE GETTING HITCHED IN 5 DAYS!!!!

I thought I was going to have so much to do this weekend and really, I didn't have much to do at all!!! I've already gotten everything done, just about!! There are still things to do, but they are small things that I can't really do until the last minute anyway. Well, I'm looking forward to seeing everyone and to the big day!!! I will post some pics, I promise!!! It just may not be until everything calms down after we get back from the honeymoon and stuff!!!
